As of right now, the Federal Debt is $19,516,257,613,954.00 and climbing. But who was the commander and chief in charge when we racked up the huge debt?

Whether it was spending to stimulate the economy, raising taxes, cutting taxes, or just poor management of budgets, some of these presidents are to blame for the huge debt America is in now.
